About

Sarah is passionate about supporting womxn’s health through acupuncture and feels integrating western medicine with eastern is the most effective approach moving forward.

She completed a 4 year Health Science Degree (Majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture) and has since done further study in cosmetic acupuncture, fertility and womxn’s health, to ensure she offers the best possible care for her patients.

She is especially interested in menstrual health & loves how acupuncture treats the root cause of illness, restoring balance and preventing the same issues from reoccurring. Her patients love the knowledge and awareness of their own body they develop through regular treatments.

She dreams of living in the 70’s between California and London, amidst a growing culture of music, art and self expression. Common places you’ll find her are in the Waitakere ranges hiking, embarrassing herself at a local skatepark or deep in a textbook.

Sarah brings a balanced approach to effectively restore health and wellbeing that suits each individual. She welcomes all walks of life, and aims to create a safe space where you can feel confident in whatever stage of your health journey you’re on.
